Organizations and individuals operating within Africa are eligible. You must demonstrate outstanding contributions in categories such as Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, and more.
How do I submit an award entry?
All award entries must be submitted via our online platform: hrfocusevents/nominate. Each category has a tailored marking scheme and submission guide to help applicants present strong justifications and evidence.
When is the deadline for award submissions?
The deadline for 2025 award submissions is August 31, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
Is there a fee to apply for the awards?
No, award submissions are free!
How are winners selected?
Entries are reviewed by an Awards Technical Committee of seasoned HR professionals and experts across Africa, using a transparent, criteria-based scoring system.
